The UKRI AI Centre for Doctoral Training in Sustainable Understandable agri-food Systems Transformed by Artificial INtelligence (SUSTAIN) is a collaboration between University of Lincoln, University of Aberdeen, Queen’s University Belfast and University of Strathclyde with a focus on applying Artificial Intelligence (AI) to sustainable agri-food.
AI4BI – AI for Biomedical Innovation (open)
UKRI Artificial Intelligence Centre for Doctoral Training in Biomedical Innovation is hosted in the School of Informatics at University of Edinburgh.
CDT-D2AIR– Dependable and Deployable AI for Robotics (open)
UKRI AI Centre for Doctoral Training in Dependable and Deployable AI for Robotics (CDT-D2AIR) is offered by the Edinburgh Centre for Robotics, a collaboration between Heriot-Watt University and University of Edinburgh.
CDT-NLP– Responsible and Trustworthy in-the-world NLP (open)
The UKRI AI Centre for Doctoral Training in Responsible and Trustworthy in-the-world Natural Language Processing (NLP) is based at the University of Edinburgh. Applications will reopen near the end of 2024.
SOCIAL-CDT – Socially Intelligent Artificial Agents (closed)
UKRI Centre for Doctoral Training in Socially Intelligent Artificial Agents (SOCIAL) is hosted by University of Glasgow as a collaboration between the Schools of Computing Science, Psychology & Neuroscience, Critical Studies, Engineering, Social Sciences and the Adam Smith Business School.
CDT-RAS– Robotics and Autonomous Systems (closed)
UKRI AI Centre for Doctoral Training in Dependable and Deployable AI for Robotics (CDT-D2AIR) is hosted by the Edinburgh Centre for Robotics, a joint effort between Heriot-Watt University and University of Edinburgh.
